specialize in working with both home buyers and sellers of residential
properties in the Bluffton and Beaufort area, with a focus on luxury and
waterfront homes.
Sandra has resided in the Lowcountry for 10 years, and enjoys soaking
up the active lifestyle of Coastal South Carolina. She and her family live on
Callawassie Island and enjoy golf, kayaking, boating fishing and biking.
Prior to moving to South Carolina, Sandra’s family was privileged to
explore the U.S. due to her husband’s career requiring frequent relocation; at
one interval they moved six times in the span of seven years. Through her
continual immersion in the buying and selling process of her own homes, Sandra
developed a passion for the real
estate industry. That experience is the foundation of her philosophy to
empower her clients with deep local insight to find their dream home among the
Lowcounty’s many pocket communities, especially in situations where families
are new to the area.
