Office Coordinator
Job Status: FT-Full-time - 80 hours per pay period
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Local Real Estate company is seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator for Bluffton office. The Office Coordinator provides invaluable support by ensuring efficiency of the company through effective communication, support of our team and managing day-to-day office operations smoothly and efficiently. We offer an upbeat, high-energy atmosphere with a team-focused company culture. We are looking to hire promptly.

Qualifications:
-Positive Attitude
-Desire to be an integral part of a fast-paced team atmosphere
-Minimum 1-year experience supporting professionals in an office environment
-Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational matters on a daily basis
-Cheerful, professional phone etiquette
-Professionalism in frequent interactions with customers and the public
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word and Excel
-Attention to detail, basic proofreading and editing abilities
-Resourceful, self-governing, and comfortable working under multiple deadlines
-Real Estate experience preferred but not required
-Experience working in an MLS preferred but not required
-Social media experience preferred but not required


General Duties:
-Serve as a positive first impression of our company by answering phone calls and greeting people as they enter
-Answer routine inquiries from clients, agents and brokers
-Provide clerical and administrative support to agents and brokers
-Distribute incoming mail
-Operate scanners, fax machines and printers
-Create documents, spreadsheets and basic presentations
-Data entry
-Filing and file processing
-Additional general office duties as needs arise

Both Kim Kersey and Thomas Kersey now hold the Certified Residential Specialist Designation.

During the intensive course, participants learned the fundamentals of business planning, including how to create a business plan, set a budget to meet income goals and craft their marketing goals, effective buyer sales strategies and listing strategies for sellers. Understanding these essential business activities helps participants increase their productivity and increase the value to their clients as residential real estate professionals.

Veteran Salesman and Manager Dean Estridge To Lead Greater Savannah Area Market Sales


Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners announces today the addition of Dean Estridge as Sales Manager for the Greater Savannah Area. Dean brings with him an impressive 30 years of sales and management experience and will work with real estate agents in the company’s Savannah, Pooler and Richmond Hill offices.

Dean first affiliated with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners as a real estate agent in 2003, and has worked for the past 10 years as a licensed broker. Prior to working in real estate, Dean had a thriving management career in the telecommunications field, where he developed some of the most successful sales teams in the country. He is a Marine Corps veteran and Savannah native.

Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners Announces the Addition of Paul-Neal Sansom





Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners announces today the addition of Paul-Neal Sansom as a REALTOR with the company’s Savannah office, located at 6349 Abercorn Street. Paul-Neal will specialize in working with both home buyers and sellers, and is especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers.

Paul-Neal’s philosophy is to fully immerse himself into all facets of his life – career, family, hobbies and community. A recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he and his wife chose Savannah out of a hat at their wedding as the place to start their new lives and careers. Less than a month later, they had embarked on a journey to Savannah and have since fallen in love with the Hostess City. Currently, Paul-Neal is an active member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and Savannah’s Downtown Neighborhood Association.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Paul-Neal found his calling for serving others and helping people accomplish their goals through his career in golf. “As a scholarship-member of a Division I, NCAA golf team, I learned the value of resilience, communicating effectively to support my team members, as well as a commitment toward a common goal,” says Paul-Neal. “When a client chooses to work with me, I take that choice very seriously.
