Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners Announces the Addition of Paul-Neal Sansom





Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners announces today the addition of Paul-Neal Sansom as a REALTOR with the company’s Savannah office, located at 6349 Abercorn Street. Paul-Neal will specialize in working with both home buyers and sellers, and is especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers.

Paul-Neal’s philosophy is to fully immerse himself into all facets of his life – career, family, hobbies and community. A recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he and his wife chose Savannah out of a hat at their wedding as the place to start their new lives and careers. Less than a month later, they had embarked on a journey to Savannah and have since fallen in love with the Hostess City. Currently, Paul-Neal is an active member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS, Georgia Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and Savannah’s Downtown Neighborhood Association.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Paul-Neal found his calling for serving others and helping people accomplish their goals through his career in golf. “As a scholarship-member of a Division I, NCAA golf team, I learned the value of resilience, communicating effectively to support my team members, as well as a commitment toward a common goal,” says Paul-Neal. “When a client chooses to work with me, I take that choice very seriously. From that moment forward, I consider us to be a team and I apply those principles into helping them find their dream home.”

Local REALTOR® Awarded SRS Designation
Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners’ Kim Kersey Recognized with Premier Seller Agency Designation

SAVANNAH, GA - Kim Kersey with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners, has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country. The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. Kim joins an elite group of real estate professionals around that world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in seller representation, pass a comprehensive exam and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners Welcomes Sandra Loudenslagel





Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners announces today the addition of Sandra Loudenslagel REALTOR®, to the company’s Bluffton office, located at 22 Plantation Park Drive. Sandra will specialize in working with both home buyers and sellers of residential properties in the Bluffton and Beaufort area, with a focus on luxury and waterfront homes.

Sandra has resided in the Lowcountry for 10 years, and enjoys soaking up the active lifestyle of Coastal South Carolina. She and her family live on Callawassie Island and enjoy golf, kayaking, boating fishing and biking.

Prior to moving to South Carolina, Sandra’s family was privileged to explore the U.S. due to her husband’s career requiring frequent relocation; at one interval they moved six times in the span of seven years. Through her continual immersion in the buying and selling process of her own homes, Sandra developed a passion for the real estate industry. That experience is the foundation of her philosophy to empower her clients with deep local insight to find their dream home among the Lowcounty’s many pocket communities, especially in situations where families are new to the area.
