Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners’ Kim Kersey and Thomas Kersey Recognized with Real Estate Business Planning and Marketing Course

Local real estate agents Kim Kersey and Thomas Kersey of The Kersey Group with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners, have been recognized for completing a highly specialized designation course, Business Planning and Marketing, presented by the Council of Residential Specialists. Both Kim Kersey and Thomas Kersey now hold the Certified Residential Specialist Designation.

During the intensive course, participants learned the fundamentals of business planning, including how to create a business plan, set a budget to meet income goals and craft their marketing goals, effective buyer sales strategies and listing strategies for sellers. Understanding these essential business activities helps participants increase their productivity and increase the value to their clients as residential real estate professionals.
