Welcomes Marianne Greer to the Savannah Office

Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners announces today the addition of Marianne Greer as an associate broker to the company’s Savannah office, located at 6349 Abercorn Street. Marianne will focus on a wide variety of home sales, including homes in Savannah’s Historic District, Midtown and Southside neighborhoods.

Aside from home sales, Marianne is very passionate about giving back to the community and attracting tourism to Savannah. She is an avid volunteer for events benefitting the Savannah Food & Wine Festival, member of the Two Hundred Club of the Coastal Empire and is active with Savannah’s Tourism Leadership Council.

Prior to working in real estate, Marianne had a successful career in hotel sales and management, working in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta and Key West. She was originally attracted to working with Coldwell Banker after going through the frequent relocation that accompanies working in the hospitality industry.

“The consistent buying and selling experience of my own homes gave me the emotional connection to really understand and empathize with my real estate clients throughout the process,” says Marianne. “My ultimate goal is for my clients to be fully comfortable with the home buying process, and be completely confident in me navigating the ins and outs on their behalf.”
