Niccole Wildes is a GA
REALTOR who specializes in new homes and custom builds, exclusively in Winding
River, a Master Planned community in St. Marys. She has lived in St.
Marys since 1997 and has a background in non-profit management as Executive
Director of Habitat for Humanity from 2002-2008 and as the Membership Director
for Winding River & Osprey Cove before becoming involved in Real Estate
Development in 2013. She has her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of
South Florida. In her free time, she serves on the Board of Directors for
the Salvation Army, The Methodist Boys Home, Special Olympics Volunteer and is an active member
on the Community Service Committee with the Board of REALTORS. “I look
forward to helping people find the perfect new home; from choosing the perfect
