Tom Bulcock -  moved to the area in 1991 and pursued a career as a golf professional. In 2000, he transitioned into Real Estate. He has been licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina where he sold for several local communities including Callawassie Island, Southbridge and Mill Creek. He brings a vast knowledge of the real estate business assisting everything from first time home buyers, out of state relocation and guiding his clients through the home building process. Currently he is proud to say 95% of his business is referrals from past clients.   

 
Tom is a graduate of the Golf Academy of South Orlando, FL in Golf Complex Management, former Savannah Board of Realtors Officer, member of the Bluffton Rotary, Chairman of Realtor Care Day, Past President of Young Council of Realtors, member of Coastal Conservation Association and 9 years a Multi- Million Dollar Producer.
