Sherwin Prescott is originally from
the Atlanta area. After attending GSU, he and his wife relocated to
Savannah and resided there ever since. Sherwin has been a life-long
entrepreneur. He learned early on that, “when you treat people right,
they appreciate it.” Sherwin’s started Sher-Shine Car Polishing while he
was in college. His start-up developed into a 25 employee, $5+Million
business. When the construction boom ended, he shifted to real
estate investing. “My fascination and passion with buying and selling houses
finally led me to become a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Platinum
