Katherine has deep roots in the Beaufort Community and joins Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners after devoting six years to reestablishing the Beaufort History Museum. She has past experience in the Real Estate industry as well as a background in managing art galleries and teaching.

Welcome Kristina Costa to Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners!

Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners announces today the addition of Kristina Costa as a REALTOR to the company’s Pooler office, located at 130 Canal Street, Suite 504. She will focus on a wide variety of home sales, including new construction, beach homes, military communities, luxury homes and new home buyer representation.

Kristina holds a master’s degree in Education from Armstrong State University and bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Psychology from Virginia Tech. She also volunteers with Georgia Animal Rescue & Defence Inc. in her free time.

(July 12, 2016) - Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC today unveiled its annual list of top affiliated real estate professionals under the age of 30 who have achieved early success in sales, philanthropy and leadership. The Coldwell Banker^® 30 Under 30 were chosen from the brand's network of nearly 85,000 independent real estate professionals affiliated with approximately 3,000 offices in 47 countries. This group of real estate professionals honors the heritage of founders, Colbert Coldwell and later Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.
"Every year it is incredibly difficult to narrow down the list of young professionals to just 30 honorees because there is so much talent within the Coldwell Banker network," said Budge Huskey, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. "These entrepreneurs are changing the face of the real estate industry while making significant contributions to their companies and local communities. • Kyle Geenen , Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt, Holland, Michigan: This 29-year-old has already won countless awards for real estate excellence, including 2014 Top Producer Agent, 2014 International Presidents Circle Award and 2014 Best of the Best Agent Award. He participated in 48 transaction sides in 2015. Geenen worked in the public accounting and marketing sectors before making the transition to real estate, following in the footsteps of many of his family members who are experienced real estate professionals.
• Mohammed Faizan Hamidani , Coldwell Banker Prop Consult Realty, Mumbai, India: This 27-year-old was also featured on last year's 30 Under 30 list and has been working with Coldwell Banker Prop Consult Realty for less than two years. He started his career in Mauritiusas as an IT Technician and later in software development. After moving back to India he entered into real estate development as a sales executive for residential projects.
• Jackson Lancaster , Coldwell Banker Coastal Rivers Realty, Washington, North Carolina: This 2015 Washington-Beaufort County Board of Realtors' $3-5 Million Dollar Club member is a native of the Washington, N.C., area and has been attending open houses and creating mock brochures since he was eight years old. The 21-year-old Lancaster closed 30 transactions in 2015.
• James Silver , Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, St. Petersburg, Florida: Born in England, the 29-year-old Silver has lived in various areas in the south of England and Spain before moving to the Sunshine State. After joining the real estate world, Silver has been noted as one of the area's up-and-coming agents, with more than $5 million in volume in his first 18 months. He participated in 18 transaction sides in 2015 totaling $3,065,056 in sales volume and is a part of the top performing team known as The Price Group.

Welcomes Cynthia Brown to the Brunswick Office

Cynthia Brown has joined Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners as a REALTOR at the Brunswick Office located at located at 47 Professional Drive.  She concentrates on first time home buyers, relocation, land, resale homes, and buyer & seller representation.

Cynthia joins the Company after relocating from Coldwell Banker SRE in Mississippi.  In fact, she has a real estate license in Georgia, Mississippi and Louisiana and has been in real estate for over 17.5 years.  She is a member of the NAR, MS Association of Realtors, and the Golden Triangle of REALTORS. 

Cynthia, who also has her BS in Forestry Management, has been married to her husband Steve for over 18 years.  Cynthia’s goal is to, “make sure my clients understand that customer care and representation are my top priorities.  I conduct my business by following the ‘Golden Rule’, to do unto others as you’d have done to you!”  She has always been partial to Coldwell Banker and she was impressed with the presence that Platinum Partners has in the area as well as the amount of experience in their office.
