Katie specializes in new homes and residential properties in Pooler and Savannah.  She has a BS in Nursing from the Medical College of GA (2005) and has experience in pediatrics and surgery.  She is newly licensed and ready to, “help my clientele find their dream home while they also achieve a sound investment for their financial future.”  Katie and her husband, Adam, have 2 children Emery (1) and Gage (3).  She is actively involved in Lindsey’s Place a non-profit organization for children and adults with special needs.

Executive for the Company’s 8 offices. Carla’s initial primary accounting focus will be on the property management department and will expand into other areas of the Company.  She will analyze accounting methods and processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness and will make recommendations to streamline practices.

“I am so excited to be a part of a wonderful “family” that truly demonstrates professionalism and concern for their customers, clients and staff,” says Carla.  Carla Lutz attended both University of Georgia and Armstrong Atlantic State University.  Most recently, Carla was employed as the business manager of Estee Lauder, an international cosmetics company, at Belk.  She also has 5 years of government contracting experience, negotiating and letting subcontracts for personnel services, legal services and shipboard equipment.  She was also previously the business owner of a medical transcription company. 
Carla and her husband of 37 years reside in Pooler, GA, and are blessed to have two wonderful surrogate grandchildren.
